Michelin confirms the 2 stars of Restaurant Santa Elisabetta

The prestigious guide reconfirms  the world-famous recognition to the gourmet restaurant of the Brunelleschi Hotel in Florence in its 2024 edition.

The achievement by Rocco De Santis, Executive Chef of the Brunelleschi Hotel’s Santa Elisabetta Restaurant, is consolidated: three years after obtaining his second Michelin star, here comes the confirmation for 2024. The refined synthesis of the Chef's cuisine between Campania and Tuscany is enhanced by the restaurant’s unique location on the first floor of the Byzantine Pagliazza Tower, the intimate and exclusive atmosphere, the skilful and attentive service, all elements that contribute to creating a multisensory experience.

The award ceremony for the 2024 Michelin Guide was held on November 14 in Brescia. What strikes and wins over the customers of the Santa Elisabetta Restaurant is first and foremost the exceptional, historical and fascinating setting. Secondly, the menu offers surprise and excitement, and is completed by a wine list which is an ongoing research for the best. Last but not least, the discreet and attentive service is greatly appreciated. The restaurant team room is perceived as an extension of the Chef in completing the dish, so much so that some dishes are finished off at the guest's table.

A great merit of Executive Chef Rocco De Santis is empathy, that he shows not only to his team members, but above all to customers. The Chef understands the type of customers he faces and dedicates them an attentive and personalised service as well as tasting menu proposals suited to meet their expectations and experience.
