St. Moritz

Switzerland

With its cosmopolitan lifestyle, St. Moritz is not unlike New York, Paris, Zurich, London and Copenhagen, yet in a completely different context: the Alps, the altitude of 1,800 m and the air make this metropolitan resort a classic. This draws people from all over the world throughout the year. The concentration of impressive grand hotels, top-quality events, spectacular facilities, cutting-edge cuisine, high-class boutiques and international art galleries make St. Moritz a global hotspot that may come as a surprise in the Alps.
Guests seek and find a metropolitan flair in a breathtaking natural mountain setting. They need forego none of their familiar luxuries and have direct access to the mountain world thanks to the network of mountain railways and cableways.

What we love

What we love

The "champagne"-climate of St. Moritz, with its pure, bubbling air, and its 300 days of sun and blue sky is one in its kind.
Beginners, intermediate and advanced skiers will all enjoy the quality of snow on the 370 km of slopes that the ski-region of St. Moritz has to offer, as well as the first-class food that is awaiting them for lunch in the numerous mountain huts. Taste the gastronomic highlights and the regional foods: the Engadin Nut-Cake, Capuns or Pizzoccheri. There is even a place to see how the famous Swiss cheeses are hand made.

For families St. Moritz in summer is a heavenly destination. Discover the beauty and variety of Alpine flowers while walking along "Heidi's flower path" or encounter the children's story of "Schellenursli" along the "Schellenursli hiking trail". Enjoy a swim in the pristine lake "Lei da Staz" or indulge in one of the adventure pools in the area!
Regardless of age and ability, the first-class ski region of St. Moritz has something for everyone: ski-school areas, blue, red or black slopes. Something more daring? The Snow-Parks of Corvatsch and Corviglia are a freestyler's dream.

In the summer, we suggest renting a car and enjoying the Alpine mountain roads of St. Moritz and its surrounding as part of the Grand Tour of Switzerland. Italy, Germany or Austria are all just a stone's throw away!
In December, before Christmas, enjoy the beginning of the ski season in St. Moritz before indulging in the various famous Christmas markets of Europe. In January, mingle with some of the world's best chefs during that St. Moritz Gourmet Festival, before taking advantage of the after-Christmas sales in Milan, Zurich or Munich.
