They say breakfast is the most important meal of the day. The Brunelleschi Hotel takes this saying rather literally and offers what can easily be described as the most extensive breakfast buffet in Florence. But it doesn't stop after breakfast. In the warm season, the Tuscan cuisine of the Osteria della Pagliazza can be enjoyed in the quiet historical piazza in front of the hotel. Ristorante Santa Elisabetta, run by Executive Chef Rocco De Santis and awarded 1 star and 3 forks by the 2020 Michelin Guide, offers some of the best combinations of southern Italian and Florence cooking in an exclusive setting of only 7 tables.
