What did you want to be when you were 10 years old?
A pilot! But happy that later I changed my mind and choose for hospitality!
What’s your favourite drink?
Without any doubt Prosecco, unless I eat a Florentine steak. Then prefer a Chianti wine.
What are you currently reading/listening to?
I listen to lounge music when I like to relax, music with 70BPM when doing sports and New Age when I do yoga. Currently I'm reading Sapiens by Yuval Noah Harari.
What’s been your personal highlight since joining the Brunelleschi Hotel?
Becoming Suite Ambassador, wonderful job which allows me to dedicate myself 100% to the guests, taking care of them before, during and after their stay with us.
How do you start your day?
A healthy breakfast and sport; the 2 most important ingredients that make my day.
Who is the most interesting famous personality that you have met throughout your career?
Andrea Bocelli. He stayed at the Brunelleschi Hotel when he gave his concert in the main Cathedral of Florence, the Duomo.

If you could invite anyone, who would you ask to join you for dinner at Santa Elisabetta?
My parents. It would make me so proud to show them the Brunelleschi Hotel with the restaurant Santa Elisabetta, located in the antique byzantine tower, and to present them to our Michelin starred chef, Rocca de Santis.
